Multi-touch Interface
Here’s a video clip showing a prototype multi-touch interface from Jeff Han’s multi-touch display. There’s some pretty interesting applications shown like photo sorting, Google Maps browsing, and a data visualization application. There’s definitely some collaboration advantages to this model. I’m just wondering how challenging this thing will be to use at only arms length. I work off a 23" Apple Display, but keep it at a healthy 12-16" distance.

This is, to some degree, a knockout app! It is great for interactivity – takes what was once called a multimedia preso up a notch; not quite to holograms yet, but headed that direction.
Looks like a great design tool for a team to work with and encourages a get-up-outta-your-seat approach that could work well for an individual who has the space to work on his/her own design & creations.
