Task Analysis Grid – Excel Template

Wow, the task analysis grid has been a big hit. I’ve been getting around 50 downloads a day of the PDF. Well, here’s an excel template for doing your own task analysis grid.

    Excellent work with the task analysis grid, thanks for making it available to the community. We are considering using it at Cisco. Could you send me the Illustrator template as well? Thanks.

    I’m working on Training Needs Analysis and design for a new software application. This is a great input document. Do you know of anyone who has used this as a training input? I’d love to communicate with them about how they have used it.

    Great, We got asked to use this at work I didn’t have a clue why, but after several false attempts I now think it’s great.
